Our
Quality Policy:
Oxford
Optronix is committed to quality through the provision of products
and services that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.
All employees are responsible for the quality of the work they
undertake, irrespective of position or function within the Company.
We
recognise that to succeed we must continually strive for improvement
and therefore employees are encouraged to participate at every
level in the design, development and improvement of our products
and services.
Our
Quality System:
Our
quality policy is implemented through the framework of a quality
management system that is certified and audited regularly
by a third party. The process based system meets requirements
of:

BS EN ISO 9001 (2000)

BS EN ISO 13485 (2003)

The Medical Device Directive, 93/42/EEC.

FDA Quality System Regulation for medical device manufacturers,
CFR 21 Part 820
We
have identified seven core processes and two supporting processes
that describe our business and form the core of the management
system.

This
process cycle begins with making sure that we understand what
our customers, business partners and shareholders want so
that we can plan the business to meet these requirements.
By taking time to understand and plan we are able to develop
innovative products that will provide our customers with the
most appropriate solutions. Throughout and after the sales
process, support is provided through hands-on training, access
to technical advice and assistance, and by provision of a
maintenance and repair service.
We
continually measure the performance of the processes and customer
satisfaction to help us identify and implement improvements
to our products and services.
