Oxford Optronix is pleased to announce an agreement with scientific equipment distributor, APAC Scientific to expand its reach in Australian and New Zealand markets.
Under the new partnership agreement, Sydney-based APAC Scientific will offer and support the full range of Oxford Optronix novel, high quality bioscience instrumentation. APAC Scientific is a specialist distributor of scientific and medical equipment with expert knowledge and a focus on exceptional customer service.
“It is important for us to have a partner who understands the importance of outstanding customer service, and who is driven by delivering the best solutions to all customers. The expertise offered by APAC Scientific and their commitment to excellent customer service is a good fit with our company values,” said Michael Rau, Sales Director of Oxford Optronix.
“Australia is a strong market for us, so appointing a local distributor is the next step in ensuring a great experience for our growing customer base in the region. “
Graham Milliken, CEO of APAC Scientific has a past working relationship with Oxford Optronix that is an important reason for his current involvement with the brand.
“Before setting up APAC Scientific in 2016, I worked directly with Oxford Optronix and was consistently impressed with the quality of their products,” said Milliken.
“APAC Scientific is dedicated to providing the best quality products and solutions and supporting them with outstanding service. Customer success is paramount. That’s why we are thrilled to be representing Oxford Optronix.”
APAC Scientific will be exhibiting Oxford Optronix products at Eradicate Cancer 2018 in Melbourne from 15-19 March, 2018.
