OxyLite™ Oxygen monitor for in situ dissolved oxygen measurements
Measure actual, real-time dissolved oxygen directly from cell cultures or from media being conditioned within the HypoxyLab using our optional OxyLite™ monitor.
This relies on a miniature optical sensor that can be passed into the chamber through a dedicated, sealable side-gland. Oxygen readings (in absolute units of mmHg) can be read from the OxyLite™ monitor or can be displayed and recorded by the HypoxyLab itself.
The OxyLite™ can also be used elsewhere in the lab, for example in applications requiring in vivo tissue partial pressure (pO2) measurements.
